The grand offering features a wide variety of main ingredients, signature sauces, extensive cooking preparation choices, and mouthwatering side dishes.

The ultimate A la Minute experience starts with an array of fresh ingredients, ripe for choosing and only the best in quality. Have your fill of succulent seafood like shrimps, crabs, and salmon, or go for meaty choices such as beef tenderloin, pork belly, or chicken thigh. If you’re up for something gamey and rich, lamb is a fine choice.

For a preparation that will highlight the natural sweetness and juiciness of the seafood or meat, go for a classic char, a garlic butter drizzle, or black pepper sauce. Adventurous taste buds may dip into exciting mixes like Thai sweet chili, salted egg, and spicy gata (coconut milk). A local flair can be added to your dish with options like adobo, sinigang, salpicao, and inasal.

Diners can savor an array of salad appetizer, from heartwarming bowl of soup, Japanese specials like sushi to shrimp tempura, and pasta with the sauce of your choosing. Diners can enjoy the rate of Php 2,580 nett per person, diners can enjoy the Corniche A la Minute Eat-All-You-Can for only Php 1,200 nett per person for lunch or dinner when they book a table to dine-in from July 27 to August 2, 2020. With seats at limited availability, reservations are required.
